Multidisciplinary care communication skills workshop |

Full or half day interactive workshop. Discussion, and role-play with professional actor. All scenarios involve multidisciplinary interactions along the pathway of care. The patient's case will be introduced and discussed in a multidisciplinary meeting, at which time participants will decide on a team approach to the patient. The workshop will the follow the patient (played by an actor) through a series of consultations. Participants will then review and revise their approach, and try out fresh options. Insights can then be assembled for transference back into the workplace. |
